Networking Fosters Involvement
Media Professionals of Florida, Inc. will put you in touch with local and national leaders in the fields of television, film and multimedia. You'll meet corporate and independent producers, CEO's, writers, directors, editors, videographers, distributors, actors, agents, and others. Every chapter meeting will provide you with valuable opportunities to exchange ideas and information and to build professional relationships.
Information For Professionals By Professionals
The communications industry is changing so fast that no single individual can keep up with it all. Chapter meetings are designed to meet this need with programs that refine and polish existing skills, teach new techniques, and provide up-to-the-minute technological information.
Chapter meetings include: a 30 minute Technical Track/Vendor Showcase where new technology is explored, a networking segment where food and friends abound and the main program of the evening.

Technology Drives our Industry
Media Professionals of Florida, Inc. maintains close professional relations with the major vendors of hardware and software for the communications industry. Most vendors frequently provide opportunities not only to talk about new technology, but to touch it, feel it, and use it. Many of our meetings are hands on, featuring technical demonstrations of cutting edge technology. Moving into new technology is easier for MPFI members, because we pool and share our experiences. If you're thinking of buying something new, chances are another member already has it and will be happy to share insights with you.
