This month’s meeting was held at Hi-Tech Trading and Access Media where Andy Payne a senior sales representative for Pinnacle systems demonstrated several of the Pinnacle products. The major portion of the demonstration covered the Pinnacle Edition DV and DV500. This is a non-linear editing system in the $700 to $800 price range.

Also shown was connecting software such as Hollywood FX and TitleDeko. Andy addressed a number of questions while technical observations and comparisons were made to other systems. This was a hands-on demonstration showing many capabilities and features of the programs.
