Rod covered one of the new features in Adobe's Encore program. Encore can convert a finished DVD project complete with menus to SWF (FLASH) for web playback, including menus and interactivity.

He then dove deep into Photoshop CS3 Extended and showed many examples such as the ability to bring in full motion video and create fast and simple animations in Photoshop. Another great feature was the ability to bring in sequencial pictures and create a video from them.

Rod showed us many ways to bring in several layers of stock footage and in moments create an original video.

We kept Rod busy with lots of questions after the program was over.
