The October Meeting program, Graphics for Video and Multimedia, approached the many facets of producing graphics. Important areas such as aspect ratio, square and non-square pixels, safe colors, good readable fonts and the general difference between viewing a graphic using RGB computer monitors or NTSC standard television monitors was illustrated. |

| Steve Brown, MPFI President, opened the floor for nominations for MPFI Board of Director positions. The nominations will close at the end of October, so if you are interested in becoming a board member of officer, please notify Steve Brown. | |||||

| Interested viewers watch this demonstration, showing a graphic produced in Photoshop, going through a conversion for video that “squishes” the image, and then showing the outcome as the graphic, now displayed in video, changes back to its previous form. | |||||
