"Annual Dinner Meeting at Landry's"

Tom Schroeppel and his mom,"Boots" Schroeppel Landry's in Tampa welcomes MPFI. Lori and Jim Siler enjoy the evening!

The dinner was excellent, the view terrific and everyone has a great time.

Steve Brown, our president, introduces us to to the new Tampa Film Commissioner, Krista Soroka . Krista previously owned an event management company, Wonder Events Inc. and was director of special events and public relations for the Tampa Bay Superbowl XXXV Task Force. She also served as director of marketing for the Tampa Bay Sports Commission.
The Tampa Bay Film Commission was formed to increase jobs and direct spending within the community by promoting Hillsborough County as a filming destination. The commission is a division of the Tampa Bay Convention & Visitors Bureau. Krista is excited to be our new Film Commissioner and said she is happy to work wiwth our professional organization. Steve presented "Presidents" Awards to Dennis Port and Tom Krug for outstanding work for MPFI.

Merrily Miller and Dave Rosenblatt or TEAM Silver Image as they are known receive "Presidents" Awards as Tom Schroeppel looks on.

Barry Bienstock, Leigh Large and Jim Siler also receive awards for being on the MPFI Board of Directors.

Tom Schroeppel receives the First "Tom Schroeppel" Award for outstanding community service and committment to MPFI. Tom is a tutor at Ballast Point Elementry, donates his time with Meals on Wheels, works with the Boys and Girls Club of Tampa, and is an outstanding member of MPFI. Our special thanks to Tom.

Merrily Miller presents Steve Brown an award of appreciation for his leadership and ongoing dedication to MPFI.
