The De-Mythification of the RED ONE Camera and the Post-Production Workflow

This month's meeting was held at PCC-TV in Clearwater.
As usual good food and networking always happens before the main program begins.
David Pless, President of Media Professionals of Florida, welcomes our guests and members and gives them an opportunity to tell everyone who they are and what they do for a living..
Rich Roddman, the Digital Imaging Technician for CMR describes the features of the RED camera.

Rich showed examples of how the Red One has a wide range of exposure and sensitivity options.  Film folks really love this!

There are many accessories manufactured specifically for the Red One.  Shown here are the Red Drive and on-board monitor.

The Red One has many tools to aid in proper exposure… histograms and stoplights, for example.

The attendees were intent during Rich’s explanations… this camera isn’t so mysterious, after all!

This is the fully tricked-out Red One from CMR.

Mike Weber, from CMR, provides a little extra close-up insight after the formal presentation.

Here Rich Roddman, the Digital Imaging Technician for CMR covers some of the many features of the RED camera. There was plenty of interest in this camera by attendees, who wanted a closer look at this innovative camera.
A special thanks to PCC-TV for hosting the meeting.
