Introduction to Stereo 3D Production, Tuesday, June 12, 2012
Hyker LaRiviere
Is 3D production a mystery to you? This month’s presentation will attempt to unravel the mystery and reveal the fantastic process of 3D production. The presentation will focus on not only the history and terminology in the 3D world of production but also hands on understanding of the several types of 3D cameras and rigs. Hyker will demonstrate a beam splitter, parallel rig, stereo 3D camcorders, sports 3D cameras
and stop motion 3D rig.
Experience yourself in 3D live as you view yourself on a large screen monitor. There will plenty of 3D video demonstrations.
Plan to take away a clearer understanding of 3D production: how it works, how to plan a shoot and 3D post production.
